Travellers List

  • Up to two travellers’ names may be provided for travel at any time during the validity period of the Air Pass.
  • Name changes on your travellers list can be changed for a fee ($125 + tax), provided there are no active bookings under the name.

Seat Selection

  • Standard seat selection is complimentary.
  • Seats in rows 1-3 ($20 + tax) and exit rows ($25 + tax) are available for an additional fee.

Flight Changes & Cancellations

  • Bookings may be changed or cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of the booking time. A change or cancellation fee of $84.00 including tax ($80 + GST) will apply from 24 hours after the booking is made.
  • Traveller substitutions within your designated traveller list are complimentary.
  • Same-day changes can be made by contacting Air North or in person at an airport check-in counter.
  • Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to departure, or the flight segment will be forfeited.
  • All unused flight segment remaining beyond the validity period will be forfeited.
  • Travellers who do not appear for a booked flight will forfeit the applicable Air Pass segment / flight.

Baggage Allowance

  • Each traveller is permitted two (2) checked bags, one (1) carry-on, and one (1) personal item on Boeing services.
  • Each traveller is permitted two (2) checked bags and one (1) carry-on ATR services.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Each Aurora Air Pass includes  four (4) one-way flight segments. Your Air Pass segments may be used between November 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027. Your Air Pass may be extended online or by phone prior to expiry to extend travel until June 15, 2027 for $336 (including tax). All unused flight segments remaining beyond the validity period will be forfeited.
  2. One (1) Air Pass segment is required per one-way flight. These segments are non-transferrable and may only be used by the eligible traveller(s). Your Air Pass segments may only be used to book the routes identified in the routes section, based upon availability. These routes, and Air North’s operating schedule, may change without notice.
  3. Aurora Air Passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. They may not be sold by the original purchaser and any unused segments will be void if sold to transferred to another party.
  4. The purchaser is responsible for advising Air North of any change in contact information (address, phone number and email address).
  5. Bookings may be changed or cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of the booking time. A change or cancellation fee of $84 (including tax) will apply from 24 hours after the booking is made, and are subject to availability.
  6. Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours before departure or the applicable air pass segment(s) will be forfeited. Failure to travel on a booked flight will result in the forfeiture of the applicable air pass segment(s).
  7. Same-day changes may be made by contacting Air North or visiting an Air North airport check-in counter.
  8. Traveller names may be changed for a fee of $131.25 (including tax), provided there are no active bookings under that name.
  9. Air Pass bookings are subject to the checked and carry-on baggage policies applicable to GoYukon fares and vary based on the type of aircraft operating the route. Please review our baggage policies prior to travel.
  10. All additional fees or options (including, but not limited to, route upgrade fees and seat selection) are paid separately at the time of booking or at check in.
  11. Air North's routes, schedules, fees, and air pass terms and conditions may be amended without notice.
  12. Any unused passes remaining after the validity period will be forfeited.
  13. The booking and use of Air Pass segments is subject to all applicable rules, policies, terms and conditions of carriage. For instance, the offering of special services (e.g. Unaccompanied Minors, travellers with special needs, travelling with an infant/child, travelling with a pet) are subject to applicable conditions and restrictions. In addition, not all special services are available free of charge. Please speak to an Air North agent for details if you require any special services.
  14. Special services, including travel with pets, Unaccompanied Minors, or accessibility accommodations, may be subject to additional conditions, fees, and availability.
  15. Travellers are responsible for maintaining current contact information, carrying all required travel documents, and complying with applicable travel and immigration requirements.
  16. The purchase of Aurora Air Passes by corporate customers, government agencies, or groups (10 or more travellers) is prohibited. Please contact reservations@flyairnorth.com for information about our Air Passes options or groups@flyairnorth.com for assistance with group bookings.
  17. The booking and use of Air Pass segments are subject to applicable laws, including immigration requirements. It is the responsibility of the traveller(s) to carry all necessary travel documents and comply with all applicable immigration requirements.
