The Website is here to help you find flight and travel information, explore our destinations, and book travel with Air North and related services such as Air North Getaways. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Website under the supervision of someone who is, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you make a booking or submit information on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their permission to do so and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for its intended purposes. You may not use, reproduce, or reference Air North’s name, logo, or other content without our prior written consent. 

The Website may link to other websites we don’t own or operate, including partners such as [Yukon Tours / Landsby / hotel and vehicle rental partners]. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and that site’s own terms and privacy practices will apply. 

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Website, you agree to that collection and use.

Any flights, packages, or services you book through the Website are also subject to Air North’s Conditions of Carriage, available here, and to any additional terms specific to that product or service, such as those for Air North Getaways or charter bookings. 

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Yukon and the laws of Canada applicable in Yukon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts of Yukon. 

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply. Our decision not to act on a breach of these Terms doesn’t mean we give up our right to act on it, or any other breach, in future. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Conditions of Carriage, make up the entire agreement between you and Air North regarding your use of the Website.
