- Flexible group management, with name lists required 14 business days prior to departure and name changes permitted up to 24 hours before departure.
- Assistance with excess baggage and cargo arrangements.
- Competitive group quotes offering advantages not available through seat sales, connector fares, or promotional codes.

- One complimentary round-trip Travel Certificate for every 40 one-way flights booked using your event code, up to a maximum of five certificates. Travel Certificates are subject to applicable taxes, fees, blackout dates, expiry dates, and route restrictions.
