Bookings are available up to two (2) hours before departure, based on availability.
Travellers List
- 10 – Air Passes: Up to five (5) travellers may be listed on your pass at any time.
- 30 – Air Passes: Up to 15 travellers may be listed on your pass at any time.
- Name changes on your travellers list can be changed for a fee ($125 + tax), provided there are no active bookings under the name.
Seat Selection
- Standard seat selection is complimentary.
- Seats in rows 1-3 ($20 + tax) and exit rows ($25 + tax) are available for an additional fee.
Flight Changes & Cancellations
- Changes and cancellations are complimentary.
- Traveller substitutions within your designated traveller list are complimentary.
- Same-day changes can be made by contacting Air North or in person at an airport check-in counter.
- Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to departure, or the Air Pass will be forfeited.
- All unused Air Passes remaining beyond the validity period will be forfeited.
Extensions
Extend your Air Pass by three (3) months for a fee ($250 + tax) before expiry.
Maximum of four (4) extensions allowed.
Missed Flights
Travellers who do not appear for a booked flight will forfeit the applicable Air Pass segment / flight.
Baggage and Carry-on
Each traveller is permitted two (2) checked bags, one (1) carry-on, and one (1) personal item on Boeing services.

Terms and Conditions
- Each Business Air Pass includes either ten (10) or thirty (30) one-way flight segments. One (1) pass is required per one-way flight and may only be used on the routes identified for the selected BC Commuter or Western Canada Air Pass.
- Business Air Passes are non-refundable and may only be used by the eligible travellers whose names are confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Changes and cancellations are complimentary and subject to availability.
- Same-day changes may be made by contacting Air North or visiting an Air North airport check-in counter.
- Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours before departure or the applicable air pass segment(s) will be forfeited.
- Traveller names may be changed for a fee of $131.25 (including GST), provided there are no active bookings under that name.
- Failure to travel on a booked flight will result in the forfeiture of the applicable air pass segment(s).
- Travellers are responsible for maintaining current contact information, carrying all required travel documents, and complying with applicable travel and immigration requirements.
- Air pass bookings are subject to Air North's Conditions of Carriage, baggage policies, and any applicable fees for optional services, including seat selection and route upgrades.
- Air North's routes, schedules, fees, and air pass terms and conditions may be amended without notice.
- Any unused passes remaining after the validity period will be forfeited.
- Special services, including travel with pets, infants, unaccompanied minors, or accessibility accommodations, may be subject to additional conditions, fees, and availability.
