Bookings are available up to two (2) hours before departure, based on availability.
Travellers List
- 10 – Air Passes: Up to five (5) travellers may be listed on your pass at any time.
- 30 – Air Passes: Up to 15 travellers may be listed on your pass at any time.
- Name changes on your travellers list can be changed for a fee ($125 + tax), provided there are no active bookings under the name.
Seat Selection
- Standard seat selection is complimentary.
- Seats in Rows 1-3 ($20 + tax) and Exit Rows ($25 + tax) are available for an additional fee.
Flight Changes & Cancellations
- Changes and cancellations are complimentary.
- Traveller substitutions within your designated traveller list are complimentary.
- Same-day changes can be made by contacting Air North or in person at an airport check-in counter.
- Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to departure, or the Air Pass will be forfeited.
- All unused Air Passes remaining beyond the validity period will be forfeited.
Extensions
Extend your Air Pass by three (3) months for a fee ($250 + tax) before expiry.
Maximum of four (4) extensions allowed.
Missed Flights
Travellers who do not appear for a booked flight will forfeit the applicable Air Pass segment / flight.
Baggage and Carry-on
Each traveller is permitted two (2) checked bags, one (1) carry-on, and one (1) personal item on Boeing jet services.

Terms and Conditions
- Each Student Flex Pass includes four (4) one-way flight segments. One (1) pass is required per one-way flight and may only be used on the routes identified for the selected Student Flex Pass. Routes and flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Student Flex Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible student whose name is confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Student Flex Passes are non-refundable and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.
- The student is responsible for maintaining accurate contact and enrollment information, including address, phone number, and email address, and for advising Air North of any changes.
- All bookings made using a Student Flex Pass are subject to Air North’s Conditions of Carriage and all applicable fare rules, policies, and procedures. Special services (including unaccompanied minors, passengers requiring assistance, travelling with infants or pets) are subject to availability, additional conditions, and applicable fees.
- Travellers are responsible for carrying all required travel documentation and complying with all applicable immigration, customs, and security requirements.
- Student Flex Pass bookings are subject to Air North’s standard checked and carry-on baggage policies, which vary by aircraft type and route. Oversize and overweight fees may apply.
- All additional services and optional upgrades, including preferred seating (rows 1–3), standard seating, exit row seating, and special services are subject to availability and paid separately at the time of booking or check-in.
- Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure time or the applicable flight segment will be forfeited.
- Any unused passes remaining after the validity period will be forfeited.
- Air North reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, routes, schedules, pricing, and program features at any time without notice.
