Student Eligibility Requirements
- One Student Flex Pass is valid for one eligible student only. The traveller name must be confirmed at the time of purchase and cannot be changed.
- Proof of enrollment is required at the time of purchase.
- Students must be enrolled in an educational institution for at least three months during the eligible travel period.

Accepted Proof of Enrollment Includes:
- Enrollment or acceptance letter from an educational institution.
- Class schedule or course list.
- Proof of tuition payment.

How to Book
Log in to your Student Flex Pass (Air Pass) account at flyairnorth.com/sign-in-air-pass or call 1.800.661.0407 to book by phone.
Flights can be booked up to two (2) hours before departure, based on availability.

Flight Changes & Cancellations
- Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of booking without penalty.
- After 24 hours, changes or cancellations are subject to a fee.
- Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to departure or the Flex Pass will be forfeited.
- Same-day changes can be made by contacting Air North or in person at an airport check-in counter.
- Any unused Flex Passes remaining after the validity period will be forfeited.

Baggage and Carry-on
- Each traveller is permitted two (2) checked bags, one (1) carry-on, and one (1) personal item on Boeing jet services.
- Each traveller is permitted two (2) checked bags and one (1) carry-on ATR services.

Missed Flights
Travellers who do not appear for a booked flight will forfeit the applicable Air Pass segment/flight.
Terms and Conditions
- Each Student Flex Pass includes four (4) one-way flight segments. One (1) pass is required per one-way flight and may only be used on the routes identified for the selected Student Flex Pass. Routes and flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Student Flex Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible student whose name is confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Student Flex Passes are non-refundable and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.
- The student is responsible for maintaining accurate contact and enrollment information, including address, phone number, and email address, and for advising Air North of any changes.
- All bookings made using a Student Flex Pass are subject to Air North’s Conditions of Carriage and all applicable fare rules, policies, and procedures. Special services (including unaccompanied minors, passengers requiring assistance, travelling with infants or pets) are subject to availability, additional conditions, and applicable fees.
- Travellers are responsible for carrying all required travel documentation and complying with all applicable immigration, customs, and security requirements.
- Student Flex Pass bookings are subject to Air North’s standard checked and carry-on baggage policies, which vary by aircraft type and route. Oversize and overweight fees may apply.
- All additional services and optional upgrades, including preferred seating (rows 1–3), standard seating, exit row seating, and special services are subject to availability and paid separately at the time of booking or check-in.
- Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure time or the applicable flight segment will be forfeited.
- Any unused passes remaining after the validity period will be forfeited.
- Air North reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, routes, schedules, pricing, and program features at any time without notice.
