Allergies & Dietary Needs

Allergies

If you have an allergy, please let our Reservations team know as early as possible before your flight. This allows us to consider seating arrangements and ensure our crew is aware of your needs.

To help make your journey as comfortable as possible, we recommend the following;

  • Wear a medical alert bracelet,
  • If you require allergy-friendly or nut-free food, please bring your own meal or snacks, as we are unable to refrigerate or heat food on board,
  • If you carry prescribed anaphylaxis medication, such as an EpiPen® or epinephrine, please bring a doctor’s note confirming your need to travel with it,
  • In the event of an allergic reaction, you (or a travelling companion) must be able to administer your medication, as our crew are not permitted to administer medication.

While we do our best to support travellers with allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free or nut-free environment in the airport or on board our aircraft. Other travellers may bring food containing allergens, including nuts and peanuts.

If our crew is informed of your allergy, they can make an announcement requesting that fellow travellers refrain from consuming nut products during the flight. While we appreciate the cooperation of those on board, we cannot guarantee compliance.

If you have concerns about travelling with a medical condition or severe allergy, we recommend discussing your travel plans with your healthcare provider before your trip.

Special Dietary Requirements

We’re proud to serve complimentary light snacks or meals on most scheduled flights, freshly prepared by our Flight Kitchen and tailored to the length of your journey and aircraft type.

If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know at least 24 hours before departure. While availability may vary depending on the flight, our team will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Special dietary options may be available for travellers who require;

  • Vegetarian meals,
  • Vegan meals,
  • Gluten-free meals,
  • Dairy-free meals.
