Employee Testimonials

Sam - Flight Operations

"There are three things I like best about my job, the first being the people. Working in ops has given me the opportunity to work alongside some extremely dedicated and talented people who have given me an entire new perspective on what true support and discretionary effort looks like. The second is the constant engagement and focus required on a day to day basis. Aviation operational logistics requires lots of foreplanning and my position sees all of that planning come to a head as we finalize and send the flights out day after day. This being said, the satisfaction that comes from a successful day is far surpassed by the satisfaction experienced at the end of an inclement one; once the calm after the storm has settled in, you come to the realization that you have made a massive difference in the successful operation of this flight. This ties into my third and final point, which is that I get to drive into work every day excited about what is to come. No two days are the same and the excitement comes from the dynamic and broad spectrum nature of this position, I would recommend it to anyone who certainly doesn't want to be bored with their job!"
