Connector Fares

Air North, Yukon’s Airline Connector Fares provide an affordable option for passengers who are planning early and travelling beyond our route network. This is a leisure product for customers to visit friends, family and explore.

Connector Fares are available for leisure travellers flying between Whitehorse and Vancouver, Kelowna, Victoria, Calgary or Edmonton who are connecting to or from a domestic or international flight. Limited available Connector Fare seats at each price.

*Including fees and taxes. Subject to availability and may not be offered on every flight. Less than 10 days before travel, the Connector Fare is not available. Applicable to new bookings only.

How to Book

Step One:

  • Book your domestic or international connecting flight.
  • The travel must be within three days of your desired Air North flight(s).
  • Allow 90 minutes or more between domestic connections.
  • Allow three hours or more with international connections.

Step Two: Fill out the below Connector Fare Form and submit your request.

Step Three: You will receive a confirmation email that your form has been received and will be processed in priority order based on travel dates and time received. If you are within a few days of the Connector Fare booking deadline or have questions please call our agent directly at 1-867-668-4442 or toll free at: 1-833-998-0948.

Step Four: A Connector Fare agent will book your travel on a delayed payment and you will receive a confirmation email with an online link for payment. You will need to pay online or call in and pay within 24 hours of receipt of this email. Check your junk or spam folders for this Delayed Booking Confirmation if you have not yet received it.

  • In order to complete the booking, proof of the domestic or international connecting flight will be required.
  • The connecting flight must be within three days (before or after) of the Air North flight you wish to book.
  • The connecting flight must not be a refundable fare.
  • For domestic flights, we recommend allowing 90 minutes between flights. For international flights, we strongly recommend allowing three hours between flights.
  • All Connector Fare bookings are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.
  • Changes or cancellations may be made up to two hours prior to departure time.
  • Changes are subject to a fee of $80.00 + tax, plus or minus any applicable fare difference.
  • Cancellations are subject to a fee of $80.00 + tax, the remainder of the funds will be credit on file for one year.
  • If the connecting carrier changes their flight, Air North will provide one complimentary change to another Air North flight, subject to availability. Proof that the connecting flight has changed will be required in order to receive the complimentary change. Please forward the proof to connectorfare@flyairnorth.com and then give our reservations team a call for the change to be completed.
  • No-shows result in a 100% forfeit of the fare.
  • Connector Fares are applicable only to new bookings.
  • Standard baggage allowance applies.

Note: An email confirmation will be sent to you when your booking is ready for payment. After receiving the confirmation email, you will have 24 hours to complete your booking with full payment, using the method selected (by phone or online).
