Depending on the type of cargo you are shipping, you may need special features such as a cooler, freezer, or forklift services.     Important Notes

    • Please do not bring sealed or wrapped cargo. All shipments departing Kelowna must be screened manually, so anything that is wrapped (including gifts) will need to be unwrapped for inspection.
    • NO DANGEROUS GOODS Kelowna cargo does not currently accept dangerous goods shipments.

    The cargo office is at 4840 Miller Road, roughly 1 km east of the main passenger terminal. If you are driving west on Grant McConachie Way towards Vancouver International Airport, make a left onto Templeton Road and then turn right onto Miller Road. Continue along Miller Road until you reach Unit 100.

    Drop-offs are only possible between noon and 4 pm Monday to Friday, apart from live animals or by arrangement.

     

    Office closure as of 1 November 2024

    As of 1 November 2024 we will no longer be offering cargo services through our own office in Victoria. However, you will still be able to ship goods to and from Victoria through our valued partners, ensuring continued service with added flexibility.

    • Pacific Coastal: Drop off your cargo at their office (1640 Electra Boulevard, Sidney, BC).
    • WestJet: Contact them at 1.866.952.2746 to book your shipment, then drop off your cargo at their location (105 - 1740 Convair Place, Sidney, BC).
    • Express Air International Ltd: Call 1.877.656.1411 to arrange for your shipment to be picked up and trucked to Vancouver for Air North Cargo transport. Express Air International will also provide you with an Air North waybill to complete.

    These partner companies will then transport your shipment to Vancouver, where it will connect with our Air North network.

    The cargo office is situated at 150 Condor Road, roughly 1.5 km south of the main passenger terminal. To get there from Whitehorse International Airport, turn left on the Alaska Highway, followed by a left on to Lodestar Lane. Make a quick right on to Condor Road, then follow Condor Road past the hangar with the tail until you reach the entrance to the Air North compound on your right. The Air North Cargo office will be the last building on your left in the parking area.
