Allergies and Dietary Needs

Allergies

If you have an allergy, please inform our reservations team as early as possible. This allows us to consider seating arrangements and inform our crew.

To help minimize the risk of contact with nuts, peanuts, and their derivatives, we recommend the following:

  • Wear a medical alert bracelet.
  • If you need an allergy-friendly or nut-free meal, please bring your own food, as we’re unable to refrigerate or heat it onboard
  • If you carry prescribed anaphylaxis medication (such as epinephrine or EpiPens), please have a doctor’s note confirming your need to bring it on the flight. In an emergency, you (or a relative or companion) must be able to administer your medication. Our staff cannot administer medication.

Please note, for operational reasons, we cannot guarantee a fully allergy- or nut-free environment either in the aircraft or the airport. While we can’t prevent other passengers from bringing food containing nuts or peanuts, if our crew is informed of your allergy, they can make an announcement requesting fellow passengers to refrain from consuming nut products during the flight.

If you are concerned about your fitness to fly, we recommend discussing your travel plans with your doctor.

Special Dietary Requirements

We’re proud to offer complimentary freshly made light snacks or meals on most of our scheduled flights, depending on the aircraft and flight duration. With a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice, our team can do their best to accommodate special dietary needs.

We can provide snacks or light meals for passengers with the following dietary needs:

  • Vegetarian
  • Vegan
  • Gluten-free
  • Dairy-free
