WHITEHORSE, YT - 23 March 2020 - In-flight meal and beverage services will be temporarily reduced due to heightened concerns around the COVID-19 outbreak.
In light of heightened concerns around COVID-19, we are temporarily modifying our cabin services effective immediately. Commencing 23 March 2020, we will no longer offer our regular in-flight snack, meal or beverage services on all flights. While this has been a staple of our in-flight experience since 2002, the situation at hand has evolved rapidly, and we are taking this step to further protect our passengers and crew members.
Trolley services and in-flight sales of alcohol will be suspended. Passengers will be offered water and a complimentary packaged snack. Pillows, blankets and reading materials have also been removed from our aircraft.
Additionally, for the time being, our complimentary snacks and beverages will no longer be available in the boarding gate area at Erik Nielsen International Airport in Whitehorse. Passengers are encouraged to bring their own snacks and refill water bottles once beyond security.

We are continuously monitoring and following advice from the Public Health Agency of Canada to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19 to our passengers, employees and the communities we serve.
