Change and Cancellation Fees Reinstated Tomorrow
WHITEHORSE, YUKON – October 31, 2022: The pandemic brought a lot of uncertainty and we were pleased to offer the waiving of fees as a temporary measure to provide flexibility for our customers during a challenging time. Now that restrictions have been lifted, it is easier for all of us to be more confident about our future travel plans.
After a few years of waiving our change and cancellation fees, they’ll be reinstated as of 1 November, 2022. Any changes or cancellations made on or after that date will be subject to each fare’s standard fees, as outlined on our website and in our tariff.
To ensure peace of mind when flying, we encourage everyone to refer to our Care First policies and resources on our webpage. It’s all part of our commitment to putting the satisfaction, safety and well-being of our passengers at the forefront of what we do.
For those that are unsure about their exact dates of travel, purchasing an Optimum Fare will guarantee our lowest change and cancellation fees.
We look forward to seeing you onboard and supporting the opening of travel access.
