Gift Certificates can be a fantastic way of helping someone start a new adventure, connect with family, or enjoy some time away. Our Gift Certificates can be purchased in any amount starting from $25, and can be applied towards our flights and cargo services. They are also fully transferrable.

- Contact reservations by phone at 867-668-2228 ext.1, or purchase in person at the Air North administration building at 150 Condor Road in Whitehorse, Yukon
- In person at an Air North check-in counter (Please note: this may not be possible during check-in times).
Our Gift Certificates can be redeemed by contacting our reservations office, at our administration building, or at a check-in counter. They cannot presently be redeemed online.
- Air North, Yukon’s Airline Gift Certificates may only be used towards travel with Air North and cannot be redeemed with a travel agent or with any other carrier. They cannot be used to pay for ancillary fees.
- Customer or itinerary credit cannot be applied towards the purchase of a Gift Certificate.
- They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other Gift Certificates.
- Air North Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for any amount greater than the original purchased/issued value.
- Air North, Yukon’s Airline is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. If one is lost or stolen, please contact Air North reservations to advise them. If Air North is able to verify that the stolen or lost Gift Certificate has not been redeemed and the person making the request has the original purchase receipt, Air North may issue a replacement.
- An Air North Gift Certificate may not be resold, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- The use of an Air North Gift Certificate is governed by the laws of the Yukon Territory.
- Air North, Yukon's Airline reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions without notice.
