New check-in location at YVR Airport.
As of August 3, 2010, our Vancouver International Airport check-in location in the domestic terminal, departure's level, has relocated from line 11
to line 12 to better serve our growing customer base.
Line 12 is located directly across the aisle from line 11.

Age Requirement for the Identity Screening Regulations
Transport Canada's Identity Screening Regulations require air carriers to ask passengers who appear to be 18 years or older for identification. For more information on the Identification Policy, please refer to the Transport Canada's Identification Screening Regulations Policy.
- One piece of valid Government-issued photo identification that shows name, date of birth, and gender. AND
- One piece of valid Government-issued identification (without a photo), one of which shows name, date of birth, and gender.
