How to take advantage of Our Fare Match Guarantee
1. Call Air North, Yukon's Airline Reservations
If you've found a fare that is better than ours, give us a call at 1.800.661.0407 ext.1 or (867) 668.2228 ext. 1. Our Call Centre agents will verify the fare along with you and offer you options for how we can assist. Our Call Centre is open:
- Weekdays, 7am to 6pm PST
- Weekends, 9am to 5pm PST
- Closed on Christmas Day
2. After Hours
As we know, many people book travel outside of business hours. If you have found a lower fare in our market and our call centre is closed, please contact us first thing in the morning so that we may accommodate your request.
3. What Will We Match?
Air North will match any published fare in our market. The fare will be matched to the neighbouring flight time of our competitor.
