1.  What is Air North's Group Program?   Air North's Group Program provides airfares for groups of 10 or more people travelling on the same itinerary. Our regular fares are always affordable; and most groups will qualify for an even better fare and group benefits.

Your group will also receive 1 round-trip ticket for every 20 round-trip tickets purchased under the group code, to a maximum of 5 tickets. These tickets may be used as a draw or raffle or for future travel up to 1 year from date of group travel.
 
2.  Who can use the Air North's Group Program?   Anyone who has 10 or more passengers travelling on the same itinerary. This group program is ideal for church groups, school trips, athletic events or even family reunions.
 
3.  How do I get a group quote?   Click here to complete a group quote form or by calling a Group Sales Agent at (867) 668.2228 ext 233 or toll free in North America 1.800.661.0407 ext 233. Once we have your information, we will review your request and contact you with a group quote.
 
4.  How far in advance can I make a group reservation?   Group reservations may be requested up to 300 days in advance, if we do not have our schedule in place for the dates you require, please call a Group Sales Agent at (867) 668.2228 ext 4 or toll free in North America 1.800.661.0407 ext 4.
 
5.  What are the benefits of booking my group together and not individually?   There are many benefits to making a group booking. Group fare discounts are often available. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per passenger is required to hold the seat and guarantee the fare. The balance is due 30 days prior to the departure date and there is no charge for name changes up to 2 hours prior to departure.
 
6.  How long will it take to receive a group quote?   Normally within 2 business days.
 
7.  How do I confirm a group reservation once I have reviewed the group quote?   You may contact a Group Sales Agent at (867) 668.2228 ext 4 or toll free in North America 1.800.661.0407 ext 4, provide the agent with your group quote number and a credit card number for the deposit.
 
8.  I have confirmed my group booking. What happens next?   After group booking confirmed you will receive a confirmation letter, passenger names list and excess baggage forms both to be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the travel date.
 
9.  When is my deposit due?   A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 + GST/HST per passenger is due at the time of booking. Air North accepts all major credit cards.
 
10.  When is final payment due?   Balance due 30 days prior to departure. Payment must be in the form of credit card, money order or certified cheque.
 
11.  When are the passenger names due?   Names are due 7 days prior to departure.
 
12.  What if I want to add passengers to my group?   Add-on passengers will be charged the current available fare with a group discount. This fare may not be the same fare as the rest of the group.
 
13.  What if I need to cancel a passenger or the group?   If the group has not paid in full, the passenger(s) cancelling will forfeit their $50.00 + GST/HST deposit. If the group has been paid in full, there is a $50.00 + GST/HST cancel fee per passenger and the balance of the remaining funds will go into a credit file which is valid for 1 year from the booking date. The credit file will then belong to the group, not the individual.
 
14.  The group will have excess baggage, what should I do?   Be sure to include this information in the Excess Baggage Form. Excess baggage fees will be charged. Please refer to the Baggage section of this website for details on limits and restrictions.
 
15.  Can I get seat assignment for my group? For a fee can the group upgrade to Economy Plus or Business Class?   Yes, we will do our very best to pre-assign seating to your group to ensure everyone is seated together. Please note seating is based on availability at time of selection, therefore, we cannot guarantee everyone will be able to be seated together.
 
16.  Does submitting a group request online guarantee me a group fare and the space?   No, when submitting a group request online or by phone, our Group Sales Agent will provide you a fare for the dates specified. Not until a $50.00 + GST/HST deposit per passenger is received will the space and fare be guaranteed.
